THAI POLITICAL PARTIES MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO BUDDHISM

Abstract

This article aimed to study Thai political party management according to Buddhist principles. Political party management is the role and duty of party executives because political parties are the main organizations for developing the people into political positions. Therefore, party executives need to have knowledge and ability to manage the organization especially the knowledge of management factors including people, money, materials, and management. The management when applied with the principles of Buddhism, namely Iddhipada 4: Chanda, aspiration, Viriya, effort, citta, attention, Vimamsa. Examination. Therefore, applyingIddhipada with the management principles of political parties, will result in political parties being able to manage their parties efficiently.
