ADMINISTRATIVE LESSONS LEARNED FROM THAI MONASTERIES ABROAD WITH THE PRESERVATION OF BUDDHISM: A CASE STUDY OF WAT MONGKHON RATTANARAM MONASTERY, TAMPA, U.S.A.

This article was written to reflect on the study of Buddhism in the United States. By studying through the model of Wat Mongkol Rattanaram with outstanding and have experience in co-traveling in spatial studies Using transcription studies and interviews with empirical data from the area. Presented in the form of an academic essay.
The study found that the monastery was established by Phra Mongkhon Thepmoli, over 35 years old. At present, Phra Mongkhon Rattanavithet (Preecha) is the abbot of the administration. The monastery administrative success has a model from the abbot who is clear, straightforward, and committed to working for Buddhism. The monastery became the center of Buddhist activities. Preserve and inherit the age of Buddhism to appear from the past until the present. It is the center of international Buddhist communities, from Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam in terms of spiritual reliance. It is a center for the study of new Buddhism, including the creation of religious successors in practice, an important mechanism for the study of Buddhism as well.
