THE EFFICIENCY IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE MOLILOKKAYARAM TEMPLE SCHOOL BANGKOKYAI BANGKOK

Objectives of this research articles were 1. To study the level of factors of educational management and efficiency of Phra Pariyattidhamma studies management of Molilokkayaram Monastery educational Institute, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok Metropolis, and 2. To study the relationship between factors regarding planning, organizational managing, leading, and assessing, and efficiency of Phra Pariyattidhamma educational management of Molilokkayaram Monastery Educational Institute, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok.Metropolis. The Population were 494 monks and novice at Molilokkayaram Educational Institute, and samples size was 221 monks. Data were collected using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and were statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression.
The results revealed the followings: 1. The factors of educational management were generally found at the high level. After item analysis, the item with the highest mean was leading followed by planning. The item with the lowest mean was assessing. The efficiency of Phra Pariyattidhamma educational management of Molilokkayaram Education Institute, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok Metropolis was generally found at the high level. After item analysis, the item with the highest mean was organizational environment followed by satisfaction. The aspect with the lowest mean was communication. 2. Planning, organizational managing, leading, and assessing were related to the efficiency of Phra Pariyattidhamma educational management of Molilokkayaram Educational Institute, Bangkokyai District, Bangkok Metropolis at significance level 0.05, which was consistent with the research hypothesis.
