Abstract

This research article aims to 1. Management effectiveness according to the new way of life of the 5 precepts village model project in Chiang Mai Province, 2. Factors affecting the management effectiveness according to the new way of life of the 5 precepts village model project in Chiang Mai by quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 400 community members applying for the 5 Precepts Village Project. The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, and deviation. Standard Deviation. Simple Linear Regression Analysis.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. The effectiveness of management according to the new way of life. ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 4.21; S.D. = 0.37) It was found that the implementation ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 4.26; S.D. = 0.34) 2. Factors affecting management efficiency according to the new way of life Management according to the new way of life affects the effectiveness of management according to the new way of life of the 5 Precepts Model Village Project in Chiang Mai Province. Statistically significant at the level .01 and the principles of faith 4 affect the effectiveness of management according to the new way of life of the 5 precepts model village project in Chiang Mai. statistically significant at the level .01
