ETHIC PROMOTION OF POLITICAL PARTY EXECUTIVES

Abstract

Political party management is a science and an art. The target of political party management is the political parties would conduct the political activities and party activities effectively. One important factor for effective political party management is that the political party administrators act themselves according to ethical principles. Therefore, ethics must be promoted for political party administrators by using the process of promoting ethics. The process of promoting ethics will affect the performing of political party executives that will be fullest potential accordance to the ethical principles of politicians, consisted of; Political party executives are committed to the country’s main institutions, have honesty, have a good conscience and responsibity for duties, dare to make decisions and do things that are right and righteous, focus on public benefits more than personal benefits and have a public mind, focus on the achievement of work, perform the duties fairly and without discrimination and make them-self as the good examples and protect the image of the government.
