GUIDELINES FOR MANAGEMENT OF STUDENT MORAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE LOPBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the conditions and problems of the students’ moralility development project management; and 2. To present guidelines for management the students’ morality development. project, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected using a questionnaire from samples of 101 people using stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using averages and standard deviation. The qualitative research, data were collected using semi-structured interview script from five school administrators. Data were analyzed using content descriptive interpretation.

The research results revealed as follows: 1. By overall, the management of the students’ morality development project at the school was at a high level and the management of the students’ morality development project. by overall, the problems were at a low level and
2. Guidelines for managing the students’ morality development project consisted of 33 practical items, classified into 5 stages as follows: the initiation stage of the school student morality development project had 6 practical items: the planning stage of the school students’ morality development project had 5 practical items. Steps for implementing the school students’ morality development project had 7 practical items. For controlling and evaluating the school students’ morality development project had 8 practical items, closing the school students’ morality development project had 7 practical items.
