DEVELOPMENT PROTOTYPE PUBLIC UTILITIES OF THE SANGHA ADMINISTRATORS IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research has the objectives to 1. Study the level of development of the prototype public facilities of the Sangha Administrators in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2. To study and analyze the development of the prototype public facilities of the Sangha Administrators in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and 3. To present guidelines for the development of the Sangha Administrators public facilities in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research is a mixed method consisting Phase 1 quantitative research. Sample group of 326 people. Using a questionnaire as a research tool. Data were analyzed using counts percentage, mean and standard deviation. Phase 2 How to conduct qualitative research. Key informants 25 people. In-depth interviews were conducted using an interview format. Data were analyzed descriptively and descriptively.

The results of the research found that: 1. The level of development of the prototype public facilities of the Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province as a whole is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of temple related affairs. As for the development of public facilities it is the duty of the Sangha to supervise the construction restoration repair restoration and maintain buildings and facilities within the temple such as the chapel, crematorium, school building, Dhamma hall, improving the condition of the temple and carry out various activities of the temple, emphasizing correction of shortcomings, development and promotion of quality Buddhist affairs. 2. Analyze the development of prototype public utilities for the Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Strengths: The abbot sets important policies for the Sangha in driving public utility work. Weaknesses: Some abbots lack knowledge and understanding of management. Opportunities: Procurement of funds from people who have faith in the temple. Community participation. threat: Lack of adequate budget support. Unable to divide work and responsibilities thoroughly. 3. Present guidelines for developing public facilities for the Sangha in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Take action according to strategic plans and government policies to achieve goals efficiently. Check and evaluate according to the specified plan. Analyze problems and related causes and bring the results of problem analysis and related causes to improve and solve.
