THE MODEL OF GOOD MANAGEMENT OF SUB - DISTRICT PEOPLETRAINING UNIT AT SAMUTSONGKRAM PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed: 1. To study the general conditions of the sub- district people training units in Samut Songkhram Province., 2. to study the management processes, of the sub-district people training units in Samut Songkhram Province. 3. To present a good management model of the district's people training units in Samut Songkhram Province, conducted by qualitative research. The key informants were the Sangha chiefs, the Sangha, community leaders, civil servants from related agencies in Samut Songkhram Province, and 25 Buddhist management scholars. The research instrument used was an in-depth interview script. Data were also collected from 10 participants in the focus group discussion. Data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.

The research results were found that: 1. The general management conditions of the sub-district people training units were found that 1. Strengths: The monasteries provided training for people free of charge. 2. Weaknesses: There were limitations in communication and a lack of financial resources for training. 3. Opportunities: Monks were responsible for teaching morality to teenagers. 4. Threats: There was a lack of coordination from other agencies. 2. Good management processes were found 1.
