INTEGRATING BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES TO PROMOTE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AIR FORCE LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

Abstract

The objective of these research papers was 1. To study the level of personnel development promotion, 2. To study the relationship between the Threefold Training and the integration of Buddhist principles for promoting personnel development, and 3. To resent the guidelines for applying Buddhist principles tointegrate Buddhist principles for promoting personnel development, Department of Air Force Logistics conducted by mixed-methods. Data were collected from 186 samples, and conducting in-depth interviews with 10 key informants.

The results showed that: 1. Overall, personnel development of the Department of Air Force Logistics was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was at a high level in all aspects, ranked as follows: developing personnel training and education system, preparing and developing training curriculum, promoting and developing management system standards, strengthening professional personnel and culture, and fifth, promoting the potential of communities of practitioners, respectively. 2. The relationship between the Threefold Training and the integration of Buddhist principles to promote personnel development of the Department of Air Force Logistics was found that the Threefold Training, by overall, had a positive relationship with the integration of Buddhist principles to promote personnel development of the Department of Air Force Logistics, with a moderate relationship in all aspects, ranked in order of average values ​​as follows: wisdom, concentration, and morality, respectively. 3. Application of Buddhist principles for the integration of Buddhist principles to promote personnel development in the Department of Air Force Logistics is to apply the Threefold Training: morality, concentration, and wisdom to daily life to develop personnel in 5 areas: developing personnel training and education systems, preparing and developing training curricula, promoting and developing management system standards, strengthening professional and cultural personnel, and promoting the potential of communities of practitioners.
