This academic article examined Buddhist leadership of Dhammaduta monks in educational administration and the dissemination of Buddhism. The study employed documents, textbooks, theses, and the internet, along with synthesis and analysis. The results suggested that leadership required personal and professional development, including vision development, faith commitment, and support for organizational learning. Leadership development was also required at multiple levels, including through positional authority, job creation, people development, and the development of successors to leadership in various areas. Therefore, it can be concluded that developing leaders in the Sangha’s educational administration required Western theories as principles for teamwork and personnel development, developing human resources inherent in Buddhism, and developing knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes. This enabled the succession of educational administration to success. Furthermore, the dissemination of Buddhism incorporated the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma, including knowing cause, knowing effect, knowing oneself, knowing time, knowing moderation, knowing community, and knowing people. This principle fostered credibility in the Sangha and enabled value creation through personnel development.
