BUDDHIST LEADERSHIP FOR ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS

Abstract

This academic article aimed to study the Buddhist principles related to leadership applied in organizational management  examining Buddhist leadership styles that contributed to organizational success, emphasizing the combination of morality and management skills, vision, decisiveness, and the ability to foster strong organizational collaboration. The article explored approaches to developing Buddhist leadership in the rapidly changing world to enhance organizational efficiency and long-term stability. This highlighted the crucial role leaders play in the success or failure of an organization. Effective leaders must be highly competent, capable of managing, commanding, and driving activities to achieve goals efficiently and cost-effectively, in the public, private, and international sectors. Leaders should possess well-rounded knowledge and skills, self-confidence, a positive outlook, excellent interpersonal skills, ideals, vision, the courage to think, act, make decisions, and take responsibility for their actions.
