Consideration relating to the law of information eavesdropping and anticipation as to the protection of the individual’s right of privacy

Abstract

          This Research is the study in law on eavesdropping analysis which occurred in Thailand and abroad while information eavesdropping is an effective crime defensive suppression measure. Due to the fact that, gaining process implement important evidence and Thai government can bring about achievement for the offenders penalize to administration of justice. Meanwhile, such eavesdropping has significant impact for people’s privacy.

          Research Results indicated that Thailand did not enact law for controlled or enforced standard information interception by public sector or that is tend to be involved regulation guideline to protect population’s privacy. The purposed of this article has been to appropriate for legal introduction guidelines or procedures for intercepting information in foreign countries, applicable to eavesdropping in Thailand.
