วารสารสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา เป็นวารสารวิชาการที่มุ่งเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้และผลงานสร้างสรรค์ด้านศิลปะและมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม ทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ วารสารมีความประสงค์ให้สถาบันห้องสมุดและศูนย์สารสนเทศนำวารสารไปจัดเก็บ เผยแพร่ และให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ทางศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมอย่างกว้างขวาง

วารสารสนับสนุนการจัดทำรายการบรรณานุกรม การลงรายการในฐานข้อมูล และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเชิงดิจิทัล เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่บรรณารักษ์ นักวิชาการ และผู้ใช้ทั่วไปในการสืบค้นและอ้างอิง วารสารยินดีให้ความร่วมมือกับสถาบันห้องสมุดในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล การจัดทำดัชนี และการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางวิชาการด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม

The Journal of the Office of Arts and Culture, Songkhla Rajabhat University is an academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of scholarly and creative works in the fields of arts and cultural heritage at both national and international levels. The journal welcomes inclusion in library collections and information services in order to enhance access to knowledge related to arts and culture.

The journal supports bibliographic cataloging, indexing, and digital information linkage to facilitate efficient discovery and citation by librarians, researchers, and general users. The editorial board is pleased to collaborate with libraries and information centers in information exchange, indexing services, and the development of academic information systems related to arts and cultural heritage.
