การพัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของผลิตภาพการวิจัยของคณาจารย์สถาบันการพลศึกษา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลิตภาพการวิจัยของคณาจารย์สถาบันการพลศึกษา 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลผลิตภาพการวิจัยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 3) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีต่อผลิตภาพการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์สถาบันการพลศึกษา จำนวน 382 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลิตภาพการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ และวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลิตภาพการวิจัยของอาจารย์มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่อคน เท่ากับ 0.391 เรื่องต่อปี 2) โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของผลิตภาพการวิจัยมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลิตภาพการวิจัยของคณาจารย์สถาบันการพลศึกษา ได้แก่ ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เจตคติต่อการวิจัย ลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม และแรงจูงใจในการวิจัย

A DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAUSAL MODEL OF RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY OF THE INSTRUCTORS, INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

The purpose of this study were 1) to develop a causal model of the research productivity of the instructors, the Institute of Physical Education (IPE), 2) to verify the consistent of causal model, and 3) to analyze the direct and indirect effect that influence the research productivity of the IPE. The sample were 382 the IPE instructors. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, factor analysis and path analysis. The finding were: 1) the average of research productivity of the IPE instructors was 0.391 titles per year. 2) The research productivity model were consistent with the empirical data. 3. The factors effecting the research productivity of the IPE instructors were personal characteristics, attitude, environmental and motivation.
