การเสริมสร้างทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ผ่านการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยวัฏจักรการสืบเสาะ

Abstract

การจัดการเรียนรู้ในระดับปฐมวัย ผู้สอนจะต้องจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ให้เด็กได้เรียนรู้จากสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบๆ ตัว เพื่อเรียนรู้และแก้ปัญหาตามความสนใจและวัย ซึ่งทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์นับว่าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ทำให้เด็กมีโอกาสเรียนรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมที่อยู่รอบตัวและประสบการณ์ต่างๆ ที่เป็นพื้นฐานในการนำมาใช้แก้ปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวันและต่อยอดการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ควรสอดแทรกกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้กับเด็กปฐมวัยได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติผ่านการกิจกรรมการสำรวจ การทดลอง และการเล่น บทความนี้จึงมุ่งนำเสนอแนวทางในการจัดกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ให้กับเด็กปฐมวัยผ่านการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยวัฏจักรการสืบเสาะตามแนวทางของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อย ประเทศไทย เพื่อให้ผู้สอนสามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้กับผู้เรียนระดับปฐมวัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ENHANCING SCIENCE PROCESS SKILLS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD YEARS THROUGH INQUIRY CYCLE MODEL

In early childhood education, facilitators need to help children to experience about environment surrounding them, and to solve problems related to their interest and appropriate to their ages. Science process skills will help children to explore and learn about their surroundings and gain more experiences; and that can be used to solve everyday problems and for further learning. In learning, science process skills should be integrated naturally with children activities such as exploring, experimenting, or playing. This article aims to guide early childhood instructors to develop activities that promote science process skills in early child through inquiry process that is the learning method that used in Little Scientists’ House, Thailand project. To implement inquiry process, the instructors will be able to apply with their instructions and that the children’s science process skills will develop effectively.
