Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study efficiency of learning packages using the cooperative learning STAD technique on ecosystem, to study learning achievement and attitude towards science. The samples of this research consisted of 36 ninth-grade students at Bansaun Jananusorn School Chonburi Province. They were randomly selected by the cluster random sampling. The research instruments were lesson plans, learning package, learning achievement test, and attitude towards science assessment form. The data were analyzed to compare the learning achievement before learning and after learning after learning using the t-test for dependent sample and to compare learning achievement after learning with the criterion of 70 percent. The results showed that the learning package using the cooperative learning STAD technique of ecosystem had an efficiency of 78.26/77.96 which was higher than the set criterion of 75/75. Learning achievement of students after learning with the cooperative learning STAD technique on knowledge aspect were statistically significant higher than the pre study and higher than the criterion 70% at the .05 level and the attitude towards science of student were at good level too.
