Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การหลัก เพื่อนำเสนอผลการสังเคราะห์วิทยานิพนธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร มีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์วิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทาง พัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยการดำเนินการวิจัย จำแนกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสังเคราะห์วิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จำนวน 132 เรื่อง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์จากเกณฑ์ มาตรฐาน ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรจำนวน 8 คน และการสังเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสังเคราะห์วิทยานิพนธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. งานวิทยานิพนธ์ สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ระหว่างพ.ศ. 2542–2558 พบว่า ใน พ.ศ. 2556 มีนิสิตที่จบการศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มากที่สุด ตามประเภทของงานวิจัย พบว่า ประเภทของงานวิจัย มีลักษณะเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมากที่สุด ในด้านความสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีด้านการบริหาร พบว่า งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีการบริหารด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรมากที่สุดรองลงมา คือ ประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลขององค์กร ด้านผลผลิตของงานวิจัย พบว่า มีลักษณะรูปแบบ โดยลักษณะของรูปแบบเป็นองค์ประกอบมากที่สุด
2. ผลการศึกษาและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษาในส่วนของวิทยานิพนธ์ พบว่า แนวทางพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ควรดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1) มาตรฐานวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย การสร้างพัฒนา หรือค้นหาองค์ความรู้ใหม่และประเภทการวิจัยและระเบียบวิธีวิจัยได้รับการยอมรับและเป็นสากล 2) มาตรฐานการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วยโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ขั้นตอนการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ 3) มาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ประกอบด้วย การจัดทรัพยากรสนับสนุนและการจัดบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ และระบบการให้คำปรึกษากำกับ ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการดำเนินทำวิทยานิพนธ์ และ 4) มาตรฐานด้านการผลิตประกอบด้วยการตีพิมพ์และเผยแพร่ การนำวิทยานิพนธ์ไปใช้ประโยชน์

THE SYNTHESIS OF DISSERTATION AND DIRECTION OF DOCTORAL DISSERTATION DEVELOPMANT FOR EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MAJOR, NARESUAN UNIVERSITY

This research has determined to present the result of a synthesis of the dissertations and direction of doctoral dissertation development for educational administration major of Naresuan University. The objectives of the study were: 1) to synthesize the doctoral dissertation for administration major of Naresuan University, 2) to study the direction of doctoral dissertation development for administration major of Naresuan University, and 3) to present the direction of doctoral dissertation development administration major of Naresuan University by conducting research identified a three-step process: Step 1 Synthesis of the thesis of doctoral dissertation development administration major of Naresuan University about 132 subjects. Step 2 Studying the direction of doctoral dissertation development the thesis standards, regulations and laws related to the thesis. Step 3 Present the direction of doctoral dissertation development by interviews with eight experts and lecturers. The tools used to collect data, questionnaires and synthesis forms. The statistics used in this research is the analysis of the data using techniques of content analysis (Content Analysis). The research found that;
1. The doctoral dissertations administration major of Naresuan University during the years 1999-2015 showed that in the year 2013 students have graduated with a doctoral dissertation development administration the most. Results of the study and the direction of doctoral dissertation development administration major found that in most of the developed thesis should : 1) Academic standards include the creation or development of new knowledge and the types of research and research methods are recognized internationally, 2) the standard operating consists of the infrastructure and the steps of the thesis, 3) the management standards of the thesis includes the resources and the atmosphere is conducive to study and consultation, supervision and evaluation of thesis, and 4) The product standard consists with publishing and bringing to utilize thesis.
