Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาโดยการศึกษากรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี 3 แห่ง และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาโดยนำข้อมูลมาจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 8 คน และ 3) การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 ความสามารถของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่า รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา มีความเหมาะสม และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ที่นำเสนอมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก
AN ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR ENHANCING INSTRUCTIONAL SKILL OF TEACHERS FOCUSING ON ANALYTICAL THINKING IN SCHOOLS UNDER PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREAS OFFICE
The purpose of this study was to develop an administrative model for enhancing thinking instructional skill of teachers focusing on analytical in schools under Primary Education Service Areas Office. The method of the study followed 3 steps: 1) to study components of an administrative model for enhancing instructional skill focusing on analytical thinking by conducting case studies of 3 best practice schools and interviewing 5 education experts concerning the analytical thinking instructional skill, 2) to draft an administrative model for enhancing instructional skill of teachers focusing on analytical thinking by focus group of 8 experts, and 3) to evaluate the feasibility of the model by survey questionnaire of the sample of 100 primary school principals. The finding of study concluded that the administrative model for enhancing instructional skill of teachers focusing on analytical thinking was comprised of 3 components: The first components was input factor to enhance instructional skill of teachers on analytical thinking, the second component was the administrative process and the third component was the teacher competency in analytical thinking instructional skill. The feasibility of the administrative model as evaluated by a sample of 100 primary school principals was rated at a high level for implementation.
