Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ทั่วไป เพื่อพัฒนาครูในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อประเมินสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของนักเรียน 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อครูในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลจังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 10 ท่าน นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 และมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 4 ระดับชั้นละ 1 ห้อง รวมจำนวน 10 ห้อง โดยเลือกครูที่สมัครใจในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโดยใช้กระบวนการสร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการอบรมครูในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน 2) แบบประเมินการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู 3) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูผู้สอนผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมรรถนะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี พบว่า ครูผู้สอนใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 3.85, S.D. = .21) 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อครูในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉลี่ย (
= 4.32, S.D. = .43)
THE TEACHER DEVELOPMENT IN USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE STUDENTS’ LEARNING VIA COACHING AND MENTORING: CASE STUDY OF MUNICIPAL SCHOOL IN SUKHOTHAI PROVINCIAL
The general purpose of this research was to develop teachers in using information technology to enhance students’ learning via coaching and mentoring which consisted of three specific purposes 1) to evaluate teachers in using information technology 2) to study student’s learning achievement and 3) to study student’s opinions towards teacher in using information technology to enhance students’ learning. The target groups were 10 volunteer teachers in Sukhothai Provincial Councils school, a class of primary school students in each grade 1-6 and a class of secondary school students in grade 7-10 which were 10 class in total. The research instruments used in this study were 1) teacher training plans in using information technology to enhance students’ learning, 2) a teacher evaluation form in using information technology, 3) a student’s learning achievement test, and 4) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward teacher’s instruction.
The research findings were 1) the overall appropriation of teacher in using information technology to enhance students’ learning in career and technology strand was in the highest level ( = 3.85, S.D. = .21), 2) student’s learning achievement after learning was higher than before at the statistical significance level of .05, and 3) student’s overall opinions on teacher in using information technology to enhance students’ learning was in the highest level (
= 4.32, S.D. = .43).
