Abstract
Sports School is the educational institute established for promoting and supporting students and youths who have special skills in sports. The school plays an important role in advancing sport development of the nation and providing the national athletes to international games. This article objectives are to show how to manage Sports school to excellence, which is the main factor to develop people from the basic to the advanced school and to be part of the international athletes. This process needs systematic development of the ability of staff, budget, materials, tools, and facilities as well as the managing system that includes planning, organization management, guidelines, and controlling. These are the process to develop the sports of sports Schools systematically and move toward to be the advanced school.
