บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา วิธีการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาสมรรถนะ วิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและกระบวนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำรวจความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 372 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน 2) ยกร่างรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลการวิจัยจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน และ 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา โดยผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 170 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) สมรรถนะ 2) วิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ และ 3) กระบวนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ เป็นรูปแบบที่ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้การรับรองความเหมาะสม และได้รับการประเมินความเป็นไปได้จากผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาในระดับมาก โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษามีความเหมาะสม และผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษามีความเห็นว่า การนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ไปใช้มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The study characterized as research and development, aimed at developing a model of competency development for industrial teachers in colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The research procedure followed 3 steps : 1) Surveying competency, procedures of developing competency, and process of development for the industrial instructors in colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission through related document analysis and surveying need competency development 372 industrial teachers and interviewing 6 experts in vocational education. 2) Drafting a model of competency development for industrial teachers in colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission based on the data obtained from step 1. Validating the model through group discussion of 9 experts and 3) Evaluating the Drafted model of competency development for industrial teachers in colleges under the Office Vocational Commission.

The research found that the constructed model of competency development for industrial teachers in colleges under the Office Vocational Commission consists of 3 components: 1) The competency 2) Methods of developing the competency 3) process of developing the competency of teachers in colleges under the Office Vocational Commission. In validating the model, the experts concurred in their opinions that the model is appropriate.

The constructed model of competency development for industrial teachers in colleges under the Office Vocational Commission was evaluated by the directors data high level of practicality.
