Abstract

The research objectives were to study and to develop the strategic administration to ward school of excellence of secondary schools under secondary education service area office. The study focused on 3 steps procedures. The first step was to study about the environments and ways to develop high performance of the basic schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office from the best practice secondary schools, by interviewing 10 experts. The second step was to develop and validate such strategic administration of high performance of the basic schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office by focus group discussion of 13 experts. The last step was to evaluate those strategies used in the strategic development of high performance of the basic schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office from a sample of strategic administration 196 school directors. The research findings were as followed:
1. The environment and approaches to the strategic administration for excellence administration of the schools, it was found that there were ten aspects of development of strategies to ward school of excellence under Secondary Education Service Area Office, namely 1) leading of organization, 2) Strategic planning, 3) focusing on students, parental mauled wart, 4) measurement, analysis and Management of knowledge, 5) focusing on Personal, 6) administrative process of management, 7) administrative process results, and 8) change management.
2. The result of developing and validating the strategic for excellent administration to ward school excellence of schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office revealed that it consisted of four strategic issues. Then way 1) strategic issues to leadership and strategic management, 2) strategic issues to students and stakeholders focus, 3) strategic issues to workforce focus, and 4) strategic issues to change management.
3. The strategic for excellent administration of schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office were evaluated at the highest level of performance.
