The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the Information and Communication Technology Literacy of the undergraduate students and 2) to compare learning achievement of the undergraduate students which studied by project-based learning and social media with regular teaching. This research is an experimental research. The sample of this research consisted of 188 undergraduate students of Naresuan University selected from students enrolled in general education subjects in 001272 Introduction to Computer Information Science course, second semester of the academic year of 2017. The sample by using the simple random sampling techniques with the selection of 94 students in experimental group and 94 students in control group. The instruments were Lesson Plans of Project Based Learning and Social Media to enhance Information and Communication Technology Literacy and achievement of undergraduate students, pretest-posttest and project assessment form. The statistic used to analyze the data were mean, standard division and t-test independent. The results found that 1) the Information and Communication Technology Literacy of the undergraduate students were in good level ( = 2.70, S.D.= 0.07) and 2) the achievement test of students between experimental group and control group were statistically significant differenced at level .05.
