รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล และ 3) การประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาล 560 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้สัมภาษณ์ 13 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบรูปแบบ 9 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพและแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล พบว่า การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ  และแนวทางการส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล ประกอบด้วย ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้/สื่อ/งบประมาณ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล 2) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) คณะกรรมการบริหารและหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) ขอบข่ายภารกิจความร่วมมือในการส่งเสริมอาชีพ 3) กระบวนการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ 4) เป้าหมาย 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล  พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

        The main research purposes were to develop a participatory management model to promote career of the students of the schools under municipality. The research procedures followed 3 steps; 1) studying the state and guidelines for participatory management to promote career of the students of the schools under municipality, 2) constructing a participatory management to promote career of the students of the schools under municipality, and 3) evaluating the constructed model of participatory management. The sample were 56 subjects, randomly drawn from the teachers and administrators in the related areas of municipality,  the 13 experts for interviewing  and 9 experts to validate the model. Statistics for data analysis were mean and standard deviations.

        The research results were as follows:

        1. The state and guidelines for participatory management to promote career of the students of the schools under municipality was at a high level in all domains of evaluation: participation in planning, decision-making, and operation evaluation. The guidelines of career promoting the were laid out in accordance with the following domains; curriculum, instruction, material and learning source, and measurement and evaluation.

        2. The model for participatory management to promote career of the students of the schools under municipality consists of 4 components: 1) Executive committee with their duties 2) network of participation in career promoting 3) the process of the participatory management, and 4) the target of the participatory management.

        3. The evaluation of the model for participatory management yielded the result at a high level of suitability.
