Abstract

The concept of the 21st century learning management is using as a guideline to design learning management for students, that which is a very interesting. Moreover, the result of this study will be development of student. The purposes of this research were to compare the student achievement and to study the efficiency of learning management. The study was experimental research. The experimental group consisted of 50 students, who were Mathayomsuksa 2 students of Patumwan Demonstration School Srinakharinwirot University. They were studied in Thai music subjects; music ensemble in Thai and ASEAN. They were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The experimental group was using the project based learning with professional learning community teaching technique in Thai music class. The experiment lasted for fifty minute per class that were used by sixteen times. The instrument used by Pre Test - Post Test and the lesson plans of learning management. Finally, the data collective were statistically measurement by using a t-test Dependent and E1/E2. The finding show that results of this study. Firstly, Thai and Asian music ensemble learning achievement of the experimental group. The study finding showed that results passed the 80 percentage criterion at .05 level of significance. Secondly, the efficiency of 21st century learning management. The study finding showed that was effective at 85.81/81.20. The results passed the 80 percentage for all the data were analyze by E1/E2.
