Abstract

As the present time, the education is important and needs to be developed continuously, classroom research competencies play an important role in learning management in order to develop the learners to learn according to the objectives continuously and sustainably. Effective education management mainly has to have integration learning for thinking process, analyzing, synthesizing and differentiating. Therefore, classroom research and classroom participation are integrated learnings which enhance the learning effectively and create new explicit knowledge as well.


Nowadays, regarding to the learning activities managed by Physical Education teachers, the academic competencies promotion is essential so classroom participatory research aims to enable the learners to solve the problem with the learner-centeredness and the teachers manage the learning in order to create effective learning with full potential. It is related with the changes in competencies which are needed for Physical Education teachers (Savagpan, 2020). Thus, according to the competencies for Physical Education teachers, it is important to promote and develop the learning management competencies for Physical Education teachers in the area of Classroom Research and Participatory Learning in order to lead the learning management in the classroom to national education development later on.
