Abstract
The research purpose were to study the condition and the Participatory management guidelines to promote employment for intellectual disabilities student under Special Education Bureau. Samples consisted of 1) 140 of School director academic's deputy directors, occupation teachers, purposive sampling and 2) 5 good practice schools and 8 academic experts. The research instruments were a 5 – rating scale questionnaire with 53 items and semi – structure interview. The data analysis were used mean (), standard deviation (SD) and content analysis. The research result found that: 1) the condition of the participatory management to promote employment for students with intellectual disabilities in special education bureau was at a high level in overall and classified by aspect with the highest in aspect of decentralization and 2) the guidance of participatory management to promote employment consisted of 4 aspects: strategic management, participation in management, team working, and decentralization with key success factors.
