Abstract

This research was an Area Based Collaborative Research with 4 objectives 1) to study the needs and the potential and readiness school administrators and teachers that need to be a role model school 2) to design and planning the prototype school transformed the whole school system 3) to experiment with the prototype school transformed the whole school system 4) to assess the result of school administrators, teachers, and students’ core learning outcomes transformation. Target group were 37 school administrators and teachers of a role model school. Instrument consisted of 1) the 5 rating scale questionnaire with 7 items, 2) interview/group discussion form with administrators and teachers about the school's potential and readiness for internal and external factors, 3) general and teaching and learning mindset measures, and 4) the form of the lessons learned issue in term of school administrators, teachers, and students’ core learning outcomes transformation. The frequency, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis were used to analyze data. The results of the research found that 1) school administrators and teachers had the greatest need to develop into a model school that changed the whole school system with school readiness in terms of internal factors and external factors 2) an upgrading a prototype school transformed the whole school system comprised of 3 sub-system : (1) leadership and management system, (2) teacher development system, and (3) learning management system and student development 3) After experiment, 37 administrators and teachers understood the goals and methods of project and have transformed a growth mindset in both of the general and learning management mindsets and no having a fixed mindset person 4) most of school administrators, master teachers and teachers have transformed the understanding of goals and innovation of project, using of positive psychology and coaching skills and students transforming according to the Core Learning Outcomes.
