บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ (Area Based Collaborative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู ศักยภาพและความพร้อมของโรงเรียนที่ต้องการพัฒนาให้เป็นสถานศึกษาต้นแบบการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งระบบโรงเรียน 2) เพื่อสร้างและออกแบบระบบของสถานศึกษาต้นแบบการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งระบบโรงเรียน 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้ระบบของสถานศึกษาต้นแบบการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งระบบโรงเรียน และ 4) เพื่อประเมินผลของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานศึกษาเชิงระบบของสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนต้นแบบ 1 โรงเรียน จำนวน 37 คน เครื่องมือ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 7 ข้อ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์/สนทนากลุ่มกับผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพและความพร้อมของโรงเรียนด้านปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอก 3) แบบวัดกรอบความคิด (Mindset) ทั่วไปและกรอบความคิดด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 4) แบบบันทึกประเด็นถอดบทเรียนการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของครูและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูมีความต้องการมากที่สุดในการพัฒนาให้เป็นสถานศึกษาต้นแบบการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งระบบโรงเรียน และโรงเรียนมีศักยภาพและความพร้อมทั้งด้านปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอก 2) ระบบสถานศึกษาต้นแบบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงโรงเรียนทั้งระบบเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงระบบ ประกอบด้วย 3 ระบบ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบการนำและการบริหาร (2) ระบบการพัฒนาครูและ (3) ระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาผู้เรียน 3) ผลกการทดลองใช้ระบบสถานศึกษาต้นแบบ ผู้บริหารและครู 37 คน มีความเข้าใจเป้าหมายและวิธีดำเนินและมีกรอบความคิดประเภททั่วไปและ กรอบความคิดด้านการเรียนการสอน 3 ด้านย่อยเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นกรอบความคิดเติบโต และกรอบความคิดเติบโต แต่บางอย่างจำกัด โดยไม่เหลือคนที่มีกรอบความคิดแบบจำกัดเลย 4) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูแกนนำ และครูส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมาย และวิธีการของโครงการ มีทักษะการใช้นวัตกรรม การใช้จิตวิทยาเชิงบวก และทักษะการเป็นโค้ช/ครูโค้ช และเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักเรียนตามผลการเรียนรู้หลัก (Core Learning Outcomes)
