A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP AND INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OF PHICHIT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the academic leadership of the schools under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1, 2) to study the quality assurance operations within the schools under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1, and 3) to study the relationship between academic leadership and quality assurance within the schools under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample group is a school under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1, consisting of 206 people. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and the sample was randomly selected using stratified random sampling method. The research tools used are a 68-item, 3-part questionnaire and data analysis using statistics, including the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The research findings show that: 1) the overall academic leadership of school administrators had overall academic leadership at a high level. The school administrators had the highest academic leadership in teaching and learning management and in setting school missions. Followed by curriculum management. The last order is Curriculum Management. 2) Educational institution administrators conduct internal quality assurance of educational institutions. The overall picture is at a high level. The educational institution administrators have implemented internal quality assurance in terms of the implementation of the highest education quality development plan, followed by administration and information system management. The last order is Educational Quality Assessment, and 3) the academic leadership has a positive relationship with the quality assurance within the affiliated Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1, with a statistically significant level of .01.
