บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 จำนวน 206 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนสูงสุด และด้านการกำหนดภารกิจของโรงเรียน รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในด้านการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศ ลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
