A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF EXECUTIVE DIGITAL LEADERSHIP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION AREA OFFICE KAMPHAENG PHET

Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) to study leadership in the digital age of school administrators and 2) to compare leadership in the digital age of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office of Kamphaeng Phet. Classified by the size of the school. The population consisted of 32 schools. The size of the sample was determined using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The number of sample groups was 28 schools. The group of informants were 28 school administrators and 4 teachers in each school for 112 people, for a total of 140 people by simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed by finding the mean (gif.latex?\bar{x}), standard deviation (S.D.) and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that: 1) the Study of Leadership in the Digital Age of School Administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office of Kamphaeng Phet was done at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects are at a high level as well. The average from high to low was as follows: having a digital vision, creating a digital learning culture, digital professionalism, and management structure, respectively and 2) a comparison of school administrators' digital leadership under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Kamphaeng Phet found that leadership in the digital age of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Kamphaeng Phet classified by the size of the school. There was no difference found when comparing the size.
