บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการสร้างปัญญาสะสม (Collective Intelligence) กับการใช้กระบวนการสุนทรียสนทนาแบบเวิลด์ คาเฟ่ (World Café Dialogue) ที่มุ่งให้เกิดการสร้างสรรค์ความรู้ ระดมสมอง ร่วมมือ ถ่ายทอด กิจกรรมกลุ่ม ที่มุ่งสู่การปฏิบัติที่ดี เพื่อให้สามารถเป็นทางเลือกของกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่มีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะกระตุ้นให้ตนเองเกิดพลังแห่งการเรียนรู้ รู้จักที่จะเลือกและนำพาตนเองไปสู่สิ่งที่ควรรู้

Abstract
This article presents the concept of Collective Intelligence with the World Café Dialogue. It is aimed to create knowledge, foster brainstorming and promote cooperation to the Best Practice. It is also generated the choice of the learning processes which has the potential to stimulate the students' self-sufficient power of learning and promote self-selection of what they should know.
