การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนิสิตที่มีต่อการใช้ Facebook ในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการออกแบบและผลิตสื่อกราฟิกเพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับนิสิตระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความความคิดเห็นของนิสิตที่มีต่อการใช้ Facebook ในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการออกแบบและผลิตสื่อกราฟิกเพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมในการใช้ Facebook ในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการออกแบบและผลิตสื่อกราฟิกเพื่อการศึกษา โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ นิสิตระดับชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาเทคโนโลยีและคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษาที่ลงเรียนรายวิชา 355142 การออกแบบและผลิตสื่อกราฟิกเพื่อการศึกษา ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2556 จำนวน 38 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และนำเสนอในรูปแบบของตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย

        ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นิสิตมีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้ Facebook ในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการออกแบบและผลิตสื่อกราฟิกเพื่อการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.00, S.D. = .53) คือ การใช้ Facebook ในติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้เรียนกับผู้สอนทำเกิดความใกล้ชิด คุ้นเคยกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนมากขึ้น (= 4.24, S.D. = .79) รองลงมาคือ การเรียนโดยใช้ Facebook ทำให้นิสิตมีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นร่วมกันกับเพื่อน (= 4.21, S.D. = .70) เท่ากับ นิสิตนำข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับงานผ่าน Facebook ไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงผลงานของตนเองให้ดีขึ้น (= 4.21, S.D.= .58) และการเรียนโดยใช้ Facebook ช่วยในการเสนอแนะงานทำให้ลดเวลาในนำเสนองานในชั้นเรียน (= 4.18, S.D. = .80) ตามลำดับ ความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการใช้ Facebook คือ สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนได้โดย ใช้สำหรับเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับส่งงาน ส่งไฟล์ภาพ แบ่งปันข้อมูลและข้อคิดเห็น และเป็นศูนย์กลางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้เรียนและผู้สอน ใช้สนทนาระหว่างนิสิตด้วยกัน ใช้ติดต่อสื่อสารด้านการเรียนการสอน ใช้เป็นพื้นที่แสดงออกและรับฟังความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกัน เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร แหล่งความบันเทิง สามารถใช้เป็นพื้นที่ในการ upload และ download ไฟล์ต่างๆ และนอกจากใช้ Facebook แล้ว ควรใช้ Social network อื่นมาช่วย ได้แก่ Line, Skype, Twitter, Youtube และ Instagram

Abstract

        The objectives of this study are 1) to explore the opinions of students on the Graphics Design and Production for Education purpose subject for bachelor degree in the educational technology and communications department and 2) to investigate Facebook using behavior of the instructional media production and designing for educational purpose subject. Samples of this study are the 38 freshmen of the educational technology and communications department in the instructional media production and designing for educational purpose subject, in Academic Year 2/2556. The researcher obtained mean () and standard deviation (S.D.) to explain the analyzed data in the table form.

        The results reveal that students rated on using Facebook in the instructional media production and designing for educational purpose subject is in the good level (= 4.00, S.D.= .53), Facebook using created an adjust interaction between lecturers and students (= 4.24, S.D.= .79), Facebook using in teaching permitted them to interchange their views between the classmates (= 4.21, S.D.= .70), the comments given through Facebook improved their works (= 4.21, S.D.= .58), and Facebook could decrease time consumption in the suggestion and presentation in the class (= 4.18, S.D.= .80). Moreover, they also provide additional opinions on submitting and sharing documents and opinions between their classmates and lecturers in Facebook. These could also mean that to utilize the teaching methods, Facebook acting as a mediator and edutainment tool. Apart from Facebook, other social network applications - Line, Skype, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram – should be considered to be instructional media as well.
