การพัฒนาหลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง เห็ดในชุมชน อำเภอวิหารแดง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) สร้างและทดลองใช้หลักสูตร 2) ใช้และประเมินผลหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6/2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดคลองไทร
(ฉัตรราษฎร์บำรุง) อำเภอวิหารแดง จังหวัดสระบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรีเขต 2 จำนวน 33 คนได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรบูรณาการ เรื่อง เห็ดในชุมชน อำเภอวิหารแดง 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.862 3) แบบประเมินผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์การแปรรูปเห็ด 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.956 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที (t-test dependent)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การสร้างและทดลองใช้หลักสูตรจากการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน พบว่า นักเรียน ครู ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ศึกษานิเทศก์ และชุมชนมีความต้องการให้มีหลักสูตรบูรณาการเรื่องเห็ดในชุมชน อำเภอวิหารแดง โดยมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เห็ดพืชเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับเห็ด เห็ดต่างๆในอำเภอวิหารแดง เห็ดกับวิถีชีวิตในชุมชน โดยเน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (ฉบับร่าง) ประกอบด้วย หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย โครงสร้าง/ตัวชี้วัด สมรรถนะ คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เวลาเรียน สื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรแบ่งเป็น 2 ภาค คือภาคทฤษฎี และภาคปฏิบัติ รวมเวลา 14 ชั่วโมง ทำการประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของหลักสูตรโดยใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย
() และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) เพื่อเทียบกับเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ย และแปลผลเป็นระดับความเหมาะสม ผลจากการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร พบว่านักเรียนมีความตั้งใจและสนใจเรียน มีความกระตือรือร้นกับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ มีความสนุกสนานกับการเรียน สามารถปฏิบัติกิจกรรมได้เป็นอย่างดี

2. ผลการใช้และประเมินผลหลักสูตร พบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา
ปีที่ 6 ที่เรียนตามหลักสูตรที่สร้างขึ้นหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์การแปรรูปเห็ดโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม 3) ความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) การปรับปรุงหลักสูตรมีการปรับปรุงเรื่องของเวลาเรียนของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ 4 เห็ดในอำเภอวิหารแดง จาก 7 ชั่วโมง เพิ่มเป็น 8 ชั่วโมง ในภาคปฏิบัติ

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to create and try to use the course, 2) to implementation and evaluate curriculum. The samples used in the research were 33 Prathomsuksa 6/2 students in the second Semester 2013 at Wat Khlong Sai Community School (Chat Rat Bamrung) Wi Han Daeng District, Saraburi Province, under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by simple random sampling method. The instruments used in this study were: 1) Integrated curriculum on the mushrooms in the community at Wihan Daeng District, 2) the achievement test with a reliability value of 0.862, 3) Job Evaluation Form for the processed mushroom products, 4) the satisfaction questionnaires towards the course with a reliability value of 0.956. The data were analyzed by percentage, content analysis, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results were as follows:

1. The creation and course trial from the study was found that students, teachers, school administrators, supervisors, and the community need the integrated curriculum on the mushrooms in the community at Wihan Daeng District. The content of the course included the sufficiency economy, mushrooms in a community, knowledge about mushrooms, mushrooms in Wihan Daeng District, mushrooms, and lifestyle in the community focusing on real practice. The curriculum development (draft) contains following elements: Principles, objectives, structure/ indicators, performance, desirable characteristics, content, learning activity management, learning hours, media/ learning resources, measurement and evaluation, and lesson plans. The content of the course is divided into two sections: Theoretical section and practical section, including 14 hours. Assesses the quality of the courses by experts, they analyze the quality of courses by using the average, and the standard deviation compared to the average and interpret the results as appropriate. Results from the trial showed that course, the students are willing and interested in learning, are enthusiastic about learning, having fun with learning Can perform activities as well.

2. The implementation and evaluate curriculum revealed that 1) the achievement of Prathomsuksa 6 students learning in the created course after learning was higher than before learning with the .01 level of statistical significance, 2) the overall processed mushroom products were at the excellent level, 3) the satisfaction with the course was at the high level, and 4) the curriculum has improved in terms of learning hour of the fourth lesson plan on mushrooms in Wihan Daeng from 7 hours to 8 hours in the practical section.
