ภัยพิบัติศึกษา: แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติ (ตอนที่ 1)

ภัยพิบัติศึกษาเป็นแนวคิดใหม่ทางการศึกษาสำหรับนำไปใช้แก้ปัญหาภัยพิบัติธรรมชาติ ที่ปัจจุบัน ได้กลายเป็นปัญหาสำคัญ และส่งผลกระทบต่อมวลมนุษย์ทั่วโลก การใช้การศึกษาเป็นเครื่องมือในการลดความเสี่ยงจากภัยพิบัติจะนำไปสู่การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย ซึ่งเป็นการแก้ปัญหาที่ยั่งยืน บทความนี้นอกจากจะเปิดพรมแดนความรู้เกี่ยวกับภัยพิบัติศึกษาแล้ว ยังต้องการชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญ จุดมุ่งหมาย ที่ครู โรงเรียนจะนำประเด็นภัยพิบัติบูรณาการเข้าสู่การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สาระการเรียนรู้สำหรับจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภัยพิบัติศึกษา และแนวทางจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ภัยพิบัติศึกษา ในบทความนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางไว้กว้างๆ โดยจะนำเสนอแนวทางเพิ่มเติมที่มีรายละเอียดเชิงลึก และตัวอย่างการปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในฉบับต่อไป

Abstract
Disaster education is a new educational approach for solving problem about natural disaster. It is an important problem and it has more effect to humans around the world. Using the education for disaster risk reduction leads to the culture of safety and sustainable way. Even though, this article aimed at opening broader knowledge, it is pointed out to the importance of disaster education; its purpose, how the teacher and the school integrate disaster issue with the learning activities through their contents, learning approaches to disaster education. This article showed a general approach, the next article will be about a specific approach and some real and actual examples that can be used in day to day living.
