ภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยี: การนำเทคโนโลยีสู่ห้องเรียนและโรงเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ

ผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 หรือผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัลเป็นผู้เรียนที่อาศัยอยู่ในยุคที่สภาพแวดล้อมรอบตัวเขาพร่ำพรูไปด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จนสามารถกล่าวได้ว่าเป็นผู้เรียนที่เป็น “Native Technology” โดยชีวิตประจำวันของพวกเขาจะมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีตั้งแต่ลืมตาจนหลับไป สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และไร้พรมแดนด้วยเครื่องมือทางเทคโนโลยีที่พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพราะฉะนั้นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่จะทำให้ผู้เรียนกลายเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล (Digital Citizenship) ที่มีคุณภาพนั้น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องรู้และเข้าใจบริบทของโรงเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 นี้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งต้องมีความสามารถในการนำเทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้เข้าไปสู่ห้องเรียน และโรงเรียนได้อย่างเหมาะสม โดยเริ่มจากการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและการเปลี่ยนแปลงตั้งแต่ในระดับบุคคล (Concerns-Based Adoption Model: CBAM) ของผู้บริหารและครู จากนั้นก็ส่งเสริมให้ครูบูรณาการความรู้ในศาสตร์การสอน เนื้อหา และเทคโนโลยีไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการรู้ในห้องเรียน (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge: TPACK) และการนำเทคโนโลยีสู่การจัดการโรงเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพด้วยภาวะผู้ทำทางเทคโนโลยี (Technology Leadership)

Abstract

Learner in the 21^st century or digital era live in a rich technology environment as a native technology which is easily to access a borderless information by technology tools. Therefor; the learning management to encourage them to be an effective citizens in the future, principals need to know and understand the 21^st century environment.  They should have ability to lead technology in to classrooms and schools. At the individual level, principal and teacher need to understand adoption of technology and change, as the Concerns-Based Adoption Model: CBAM. Then, principal should to lead and support teacher to integrate technology in their classroom, as the TPACK model. Finally, principal need to know how to adopt technology for managing an effective 21^st century schools as a technology leadership.
