Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางในการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา โดยการศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาในมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 แห่ง รวมทั้งสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ขั้นตอนที่ 2
การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา ที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา 2) ขอบข่ายงานในศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา 3) กระบวนการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา โดยรูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา
มีความเหมาะสม และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

AN ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER MODEL IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The main objective of this study was to develop a model for research development center in vocational education Institutions. The study followed 3 steps: Step 1: studying state and ways of the management of the center with best practice; 3 institutions were purposely selected for the study and 5 experts were interviewed, respectively. Step 2 was employed for data analysis step 2; Constructing an administrative model for research and development center; the validation was conducted validate through group discussion of 9 experts. Step 3; evaluating the constructed model for the possibility of implementation. Statistics employed for data analysis were means, standard deviations.

The study found that the constructed model consists of 3 factors: 1) Executive committee with specified duties, 2) scope of tasks in research and development center, and 3) management process; the model is appendixes with 2 day success factors: 1) policy in promoting 2) budget allocation to Support the research and development centers in vocational education institutions.
