การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์และการรับใช้สังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพชุมชน สำหรับนักศึกษาสาธารณสุข

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์และการรับใช้สังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพชุมชน สำหรับนักศึกษาสาธารณสุข ดำเนินการวิจัยด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและการพัฒนา 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบการเรียนการสอน และขั้นการใช้และศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนกับนักศึกษาสาธารณสุข คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพิษณุโลก จำนวน 44 คน และดำเนินการวิจัยในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดความรู้การส่งเสริมสุขภาพชุมชน เป็นแบบทดสอบเลือกตอบ มีความยากง่ายระหว่าง .53 - .79 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .50 - .79 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 และแบบประเมินทักษะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ มีค่าความเที่ยง .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีแบบไม่อิสระ และการทดสอบทีแบบอิสระ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ และการรับใช้สังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมสุขภาพชุมชน สำหรับนักศึกษาสาธารณสุขที่สร้างขึ้นมีชื่อว่า SAPAA Model มีกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นสำรวจ (S: Survey) 2) ขั้นเชื่อมโยง (A: Associate) 3) ขั้นวางแผน (P: Plan) 4) ขั้นนำไปใช้ (A: Apply)
5) ขั้นประเมินผล (A: Assessment) พบว่า รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก
( = 4.26, S.D. = 0.49) และเมื่อนำไปทดลองใช้ พบว่า มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลร้อยละ 76.81 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำร้อยละ 50

2. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า 2.1) นักศึกษาสาธารณสุขกลุ่มทดลอง มีสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมภาพสุขภาพชุมชน หลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอน สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.2) นักศึกษาสาธารณสุขกลุ่มทดลอง มีสมรรถนะการส่งเสริมภาพสุขภาพชุมชน หลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอน สูงกว่าก่อนการเรียน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และสภาพบรรยากาศการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยทั่วไป พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความสนใจ ตื่นตัว และสนุกสนาน กับการทำกิจกรรม ผู้เรียนให้ความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเป็นอย่างดี

THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INSTRUCTIONAL MODEL BASED ON CONSTRUCTIVISM THEORY AND SERVICE LEARNING TO ENCOURAGE COMPETENCY IN COMMUNITY HEALTH PROMOTION FOR PUBLIC HEALTH STUDENTS

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop the instructional model based on constructivism and service learning to encourage competency in community health promotion for public health students. The research procedure comprised of research and development. There were 2 steps as follow; 1) developing and verifying quality of the instructional model
2) implementing the instructional model. The sample used for the experiment were 44 public health students in Faculty Public Health of Phitsanulok University studying in the 2nd semester of the 2013 academic year. The research instruments were a multiple – choice test of community health promotion knowledge. The test was qualified with difficulty index ranging .53 - .79, discrimination ranging .50 - .79 and reliability was .93. The health promotion skill evaluation was qualified with reliability .92. The statistical data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean S.D., independent t-test and dependent t-test.
The results revealed that:

1. The developed model are called SAPAA Model; 1) S: Survey 2) A: Associate 3) P: Plan 4) A: Apply 5) A: Assessment. The appropriateness of the model was found at high level
( = 4.26, S.D. = 0.49). After pilot study, the effectiveness index (E.I.) was found 76.81 percent higher than 50 percent minimum criteria.

2. The effect of implementation were; 2.1) the students in experimental group had community health promotion competency after learning with the developed model higher than control group at the .01 level of statistical significance, 2.2) the results compared the students in experimental group had community health promotion competency after learned with the developed model was higher than before learned at the .01 level of statistical significance and environment for teaching and learning in general, the results showed that students were interested in alerted and enjoyed the activities. Students cooperated in performing activities.
