การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนอนุบาลวัดหนองขุนชาติ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างนี้ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์
3) แบบสอบถาม 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.780 5) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติการทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ 6) แบบประเมินเจตคติต่อหลักสูตร เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.766 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการทดสอบที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 พบว่า หลักสูตรประกอบด้วย หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม โครงสร้าง ขอบข่ายเนื้อหา ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม แนวการการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม สื่อและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการวัดผลและประเมินผล และแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องและเหมาะสม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสังเกตพฤติกรรมในการเรียน และการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียน พบว่า นักเรียนให้ความสนใจในกิจกรรมและมีความตั้งใจปฏิบัติการทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ มีความสุขในการเรียน และตั้งใจนำความรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวัน

2. ผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ หลังใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองใช้หลักสูตร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 นักเรียนมีทักษะการปฏิบัติการทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ อยู่ในระดับดี และนักเรียนมีเจตคติต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การทำปุ๋ยโบกาฉิ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 อยู่ระดับมาก

Development of a Training Curriculum on Bokachi making fertilizer for Prathomsuksa 6 Students 

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop a training curriculum on Bokashi making fertilizer, 2) to examine the results of using the training course on Bokashi composting. The samples in the research consisted of 40 Prathomsuksa 6 students at Anuban Wat Nong Khun Chat School in the First semester, Academic Year 2014, obtained by simple random sampling by using the classroom as the unit of randomization. The instruments used in the research were as follows: 1) the training course on Bokashi composting, 2) interviews, 3) questionnaires, 4) learning achievement with a reliability of 0.780, 5) skill evaluation form in Bokashi composting, 6) attitudes assessment form towards the training curriculum on Bokashi making fertilizer with a reliability of 0.766. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, content analysis and t-test. The results were as follows:

1. This training curriculum development on Bokashi composting for Matthayomsuksa 6 students consisted of principles, aims, properties of the trainee, structure, and scope of the content, the duration spent in training, guidelines for managing training activities, media and arterials and equipments, measurement and evaluation, and programmes for managing training activities. It has consistent and appropriate. The researcher observed behavior in learning and performance of students, it was found that students were interested in this activity, and intended to operate on Bokashi composting. They are happy to learn, and intends to bring knowledge to use in everyday life.

2. The implementation of this training curriculum found that students had learning achievement in training curriculum on Bokashi making fertilizer after the trial curriculum higher than before with statistical significance at the .01 level. The results of the evaluation of operational skills on Bokashi composting found that the overall student had performance skills at the good level, and attitudes towards training course on Bokashi composting is found that the overall was at the high level.
