การศึกษาผ่านบทเรียน: กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนิสิตครู

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ
การส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีความสามารถการคิดนั้นไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ แต่ต้องเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้สร้างกระบวนการคิด และฝึกฝนการคิดผ่านกระบวนการนั้นควบคู่ไปด้วย ซึ่งในบทความนี้ได้เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนิสิตครูผ่านการศึกษาผ่านบทเรียน ซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็นนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่ได้มีประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ โดยการศึกษาผ่านบทเรียนจะเป็นการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นการพัฒนาการคิดและการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โดยเริ่มจาก 1) การสังเกตชั้นเรียน 2) การรวมกลุ่มเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมาย ประเด็นในการศึกษาผ่านบทเรียน 3) การออกแบบทเรียน 4) การศึกษาบทเรียน 5) การสะท้อนผล และปรับปรุงบทเรียน 6) การนำบทเรียนไปใช้ 7) การสรุปบทเรียน ซึ่งในกระบวนการของการศึกษาผ่านบทเรียนจะมีการสอดแทรกการฝึกความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณอย่างเป็นลำดับขั้นตอนไปด้วย ทำให้นิสิตครูเกิดองค์ความรู้และเข้าใจกระบวนการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งจะเป็นการช่วยส่งเสริมให้นิสิตครูมีสมรรถนะในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณต่อไป

LESSON STUDY: THE STRATEGY TO ENHANCE CRITICAL THINKING ABILITY OF PRE-SERVICE TEACHER

Abstract
Enhancing thinking ability is not only transfer concept but also construct process and practice ability through the thinking process. This article suggests the strategy of improving the critical thinking ability of pre-service teacher with the lesson study. The lesson study is an effectively educational innovation for professional development which emphasizes on the achieving instructional improvement focusing on students’ thinking and learning. A learning process for practical uses in classroom settings consists of 7 stages as the following:
1) Classroom observation 2) Group gathering and Goal setting 3) Lesson planning 4) Research Lesson 5) Lesson discussion and consolidation 6) Lesson implementation, and 7) Lesson conclusion. In all stage of process is supplemented with training in critical thinking as well. These encourage the pre-service teacher achieve the knowledge and understanding the critical thinking process through the activities implementation in the learning process which supports them gain the critical thinking competency.
