การวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา 39 ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 1,100 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือเป็นแบบวัดทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา 2 แบบ ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบสถานการณ์แบบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก และแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ รวม 50 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) ค่าความยาก (Difficulty) ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (Discrimination) ค่าความเที่ยง (Reliability) ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Validity) และค่าคะแนนมาตรฐานทีแบบการแจกแจงปกติ (Normal Distribution T – Score) และคะแนนมาตรฐานซี (Z - Score)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แบบวัดทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่อของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา จำแนกออกเป็น 2 ชุด ได้แก่ ชุดที่ 1
แบบประเมินมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 25 ข้อ และชุดที่ 2 ข้อสอบสถานการณ์ จำนวน 25 ข้อ รวม 50 ข้อ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน โดยมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทุกข้อ ผ่านการทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนเพื่อหาค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ค่าความเที่ยง และความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Validity) พบว่า มีค่าความยากและค่าอำนาจจำแนกตามเกณฑ์ทุกข้อ มีค่าความเที่ยงในระดับสูง และมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Validity) และสามารถสร้างเกณฑ์การประเมินผล 4 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับดีมาก ระดับดี ระดับพอใช้ และระดับปรับปรุง

THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS OF THE MEDIA LITERACY SKILLS IN THE 21^st CENTURY FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS

Abstract
The development of the measurement instrument of the media literacy skills in the 21^st century for secondary students has been aimed in this research. The samples were secondary students in the schools of the secondary education service area office 39 of academic year 2557 B.E. The 1,100 samples were obtained from the multistage random sampling method. The skill measurement instruments of the media literacy in the 21^st century of secondary students are shown in two types: a situation multiple-choice test and a 5-level rating scale questionnaire include 50 items. The content validity, difficulty index, discrimination index, reliability, construct validity, normal distribution T - Score and Z - Score were analyzed.
Results showed that, the skill measurement instruments of the media literacy in the 21^st century of secondary students are shown in two types: a situation multiple-choice test of 25 items and a 5-level scale questionnaire of 25 items include 50 items. The content validity has been verified by five experts. All items are content validity. The difficulty index, discrimination index, reliability and construct validity were test by students. The difficulty index and discrimination index of all are standard. The high reliability and construct validity were found. The 4-level evaluation criteria have been designed as excellent, good, fair and poor.
