การพัฒนาระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างและศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้ระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการของผู้ใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา 3) การทดลองใช้ระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา และ 4) การประเมินระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

          ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

          1.  ระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา มีลักษณะและองค์ประกอบของระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 หลักการและจุดมุ่งหมายของระบบ ส่วนที่ 2 องค์ประกอบของระบบ และส่วนที่ 3 แนวทางการนำระบบไปใช้ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ระบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมาก

          2.  ผลการนำระบบการใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัยทางการศึกษาไปทดลองใช้ แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ
1) ระยะเตรียมการ 2) ระยะดำเนินการ และ 3) ระยะการติดตามและประเมินผล พบว่า ระบบนี้ส่งเสริมให้ครูได้มีแหล่งค้นคว้างานวิจัย สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งงานวิจัยได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น มีเวทีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการวิจัย และมีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัย ผลการยืนยัน พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่ใช้งานวิจัยในการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด

THE DEVELOPMENT OF UTILIZATION SYSTEM FOR EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH

          The purpose of this study was to develop an educational research utilization system. The research methodology was research and development which composed of four phases: Phase 1: studying the actual problems and needs of the users of educational research, phrase 2: cirate and monitoring the use of educational research system, phase 3: the implementation for learning process system, phase 4: Studying the stakeholder’s opinions to the use of the educational research system. The data sources were an administrator, headmaster, teachers and vice of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Offices 3, 2014 academic year. The research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The quality was data analyzed by content analysis.

The study results comprise:

          1.  The system of educational research utilization, whereby the characteristics and components of the system utilizing educational research consists of three parts: the first principles and aims of the two components of the system and the third guideline implementation. The inspection system uses educational research by the experts found that, overall, the system is suitable at the highest level.

          2.  The system of educational research utilization was tested in three stages including 1) preparation term, 2) action and monitoring term and found that the system make the teacher, and 3) monitoring and assessment term. The system provides the area for knowledge exchange and creates a collaborative network of research and the results confirm that most teachers use research to solve their problems and develop learning actives.
