แบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา วินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ และแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรีเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 162 คน ได้แก่ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเขตพื้นที่อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตื้นที่การศึกษาระถมศึกษาจันทบุรีเขต 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ ตัวแปรเกณฑ์คือวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ ตัวแปรพยากรณ์คือแบบภาวะผู้นำ 2 ตัวแปรโดยมีตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8 ตัวแปร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเชิงชั้น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

           1. แบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

           2. แบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์กับวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ อยู่ระหว่าง .690-.229 โดยตัวแปรทุกตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

           3.  ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่มีผลต่อวินัยแห่งการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา (X_1.3, Z_1.3) และการบริหารแบบวางเฉยเชิงรุก (X_2.2, Z_2.2) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 61.7 ดังสมการทำนายในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานมี ดังนี้

LEADERSHIP TYPES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS INFLUENCING LEARNING ORGANIZATION DISCIPLINES OF SCHOOLS IN PONGNAMRON DISTRICT UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHANTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

           The purposes of this research were to determine of school administrator’s leadership types influencing disciplines of learning oganization at schools in Pongnamron district under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample of the study were 162 teachers in Pongnamron District. The instrument in collecting the data was a five-leveled rating scales questionnaire. The criterion variable is disciplines of learning organization, the predictive variables are 2 leadership types with 8 variables. The statistics utilized in the analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and multiple regression analysis of Hierarchical Multiple Regression. The results of study were as follows:

           1. The school administrator’s leadership types and disciplines of learning organization were rated at high level.

           2. The school administrator’s leadership correlated with the disciplines of learning organization ranging from .690 to .229. All variables were positive significantly relations to disciplines of learning organization at .05 level of significance.

           3. The results of the study were as follows: Variables related to learning organization were intellectual stimulation (X_1.3, Z_1.3) and active management by exception (X_2.2’ Z_2.2) with prediction power at 61.7 percent as shown in following prediction equation:
