ภัยพิบัติศึกษา: แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติ (ตอนที่ 2)

Abstract

           ภัยพิบัติศึกษาเป็นมิติของภัยพิบัติที่เชื่อมโยงกับการศึกษา เป็นแนวคิดที่บูรณาการความรู้ และทักษะแบบสหวิทยาการเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติให้นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้แบบองค์รวม แนวคิดภัยพิบัติศึกษาจึงมีความสำคัญมากต่อผู้บริหาร และครูในโรงเรียนพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยเพราะเป็นตัวจักรสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการจัดกิจกรรม  การเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติสู่นักเรียนจนเกิดวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย บทความนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ภัยพิบัติศึกษาต่อจากฉบับที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งจะนำเสนอเนื้อหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางจัดกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ภัยพิบัติศึกษาต่อเนื่องจากฉบับที่ผ่านมา แนวทางการประเมินการเรียนรู้ภัยพิบัติศึกษา ตัวอย่างการจัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติน้ำท่วมจากประสบการณ์ตรง และตัวอย่างการจัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือแผ่นดินไหว ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อครูผู้สอนในการนำไปประยุกต์จัดกิจกรรมภัยพิบัติศึกษาต่อไป

DISASTER EDUCATION: LEARNING APPROACH TO DISASTER PREPAREDNESS ACTIVITIES (PART 2)

           Disaster education has connected the field of education to the dimensions of disaster. This interdisciplinary approach aims at equipping students with knowledge, skills and dispositions for natural disastrous situations both meaningfully and holistically. This approach is also necessary for the school administrators as well as school teachers working within the risk areas. The use of disaster education will encourage and raise students’ awareness about the culture of safety through disaster preparedness activities. The present article is the second part of a series of articles on this topic. The main focus of this article is on the learning assessment of disaster education and examples of activities motivating flood preparedness based on direct experience as well as earthquake preparedness activities. To some extent, all of these could be applied by any teacher for designing learning activities on disaster education.
