ประเมินความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา (5 ปี) คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร; STUDY OF STUDENT SATISFACTION WITH THE COURSE OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTER EDUCATION, FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NARESUAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง ประเมินความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฯ ในการประยุกต์ใช้ในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในสถานศึกษา แหล่งข้อมูลในการศึกษา คือ นิสิตปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 5 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 39 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในรายวิชาในหลักสูตรไปใช้ในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2) ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรสาขาวิชา 3) ความต้องการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ 4) ข้อเสนอแนะ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการสรุปข้อเสนอแนะในรูปแบบบรรยาย ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฯ พบว่า 1) นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในรายวิชาในหลักสูตรไปใช้ในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ รายวิชาในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป, หมวดวิชาเฉพาะด้าน, หมวดวิชาเอก และหมวดวิชาเลือกเสรี ระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ วิชาเอก: กลุ่มวิชาเลือกคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา 2) นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจในด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ด้านทรัพยากรที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาฯ และด้านการสนับสนุนในกิจกรรมและการให้คำปรึกษาในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและสังคมมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง 3) นิสิตมีความต้องการในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฯ ในทุกด้านในระดับมาก และ 4) ข้อเสนอแนะด้านการจัดการหลักสูตร ควรมีการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรสอดคล้องกับบริบทในปัจจุบัน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ด้านผู้สอนควรเพิ่มผู้สอนที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมระดับหลักสูตร ควรมีกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์หรือผลงานของนิสิต ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ควรเพิ่มช่องทางประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสารให้ชัดเจนและทั่วถึง

STUDY OF STUDENT SATISFACTION WITH THE COURSE OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTER EDUCATION, FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NARESUAN UNIVERSITY

The main objective of this study was to study the level of satisfaction of fifth year students in various courses of the Educational Technology and Computer Education program. The sample consisted of 39 students in Educational Technology and Computer Education program, Faculty of Education, who enrolled in course 366591: Internship in School I, in the 1st semester of 2014 Academic Year. For the collection of data we used a satisfactory evaluation form on four aspects: 1) satisfaction of students towards subjects in the course concerning internship in schools, 2) satisfaction of students towards courses, 3) students’ demand regarding the development of the Educational Technology and Computer Education program, and 4) comments or suggestions for improving this program. Data analysis was concerned with percentages, means, standard deviations, and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) students were satisfied at the high level with subjects in general courses, specific course, major course and selective courses while at the moderate level with subject in major courses: selective Educational Technology, 2) students’ level of satisfaction towards the course management, resources contributing to learning and teaching of department, and supporting activities as well as providing consultation by the department, was high. Meanwhile, students’ level of satisfaction towards the need of labor market and social was moderate, and 3) student’s demands for improving the program in all related aspects were high. Comments concerning the improvement of the program in order to apply to the course Internship in Schools were as follows. Course management aspect – configurations of the program should be more complete, have higher flexibility, and be clearer. Teaching and learning in classroom aspect - it should focus on whether students/learners can apply the knowledge gained in class to real life situations or not. Teacher/lecturer aspect - The number of lecturers with expertise in computer should be expanded. Organizing activities for program – There should be activities that allow students to exchange experiences and portfolios, and also activities that allow students to produce useful products along with learning in the classroom. Public Relations (PR) aspect – There should be more channels for course related PR, so that news and updates could reach people more effectively, clearly, and quickly.
