การประเมินสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2556 สาขาวิชาธุรกิจค้าปลีก ระบบทวิภาคี ของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาพิษณุโลก โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา

Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสมรรถนะผู้เรียนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2556 สาขาวิชาธุรกิจค้าปลีก ระบบทวิภาคี ของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาพิษณุโลก โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบ 360 องศา
โดยประเมินสมรรถนะผู้เรียน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะทั่วไป และด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ แหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 41 คน ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้เรียนสาขาวิชาธุรกิจค้าปลีก ระบบทวิภาคี ระดับชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 11 คน 2) ครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 7 คน 3) ครูนิเทศ จำนวน 1 คน และ 4) เพื่อนร่วมงานของผู้เรียน จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินตนเอง และแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบมีโครงสร้าง ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน - เดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ.2558 โดยประเมินสมรรถนะผู้เรียนช่วงฝึกอาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ซึ่งผู้เรียนฝึกอาชีพอยู่ในสถานประกอบการมาแล้วเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปีครึ่ง ตั้งแต่ชั้นปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1-2  ปีการศึกษา 2557 จนถึงชั้นปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สมรรถนะผู้เรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในแต่ละด้าน โดยรวม พบว่า ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ และด้านสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สำหรับด้านสมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมาก 

EVALUATION OF STUDENTS’ COMPETENCIES FOR STUDENTS IN RETAIL BUSINESS MAJOR, THE VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA B.E.2556 AND DUAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION, IN PHITSANULOK VOCATIONAL COLLEGE USING 360 DEGREE APPRAISAL

     The purposes of research was to evaluate students’ competencies in Retail Business major, for the Vocational Diploma B.E.2556 and Dual Vocational Education, of Phitsanulok Vocational College using 360 Degrees Appraisal. Considering students’ competencies in
3 aspects, namely, Preferable Qualitications, Core competencies and General competencies and Professional competencies are to be assessed. Data sources used in the study involves a total of 41 people which included: 1) 11 students in retail business major in their third year of dual vocational training during the academic year 2015, 2) 7 trainer teachers in companies, 3) 1 supervisor, and 4) 22 colleagues who work with the students during their training. The research tools mainly consisted of self-assessment and in-depth personal interviews. Data collecting was done between June to August of the academic year 2015. The statistical framework used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research show that the students’ competencies were overall quite high. Students’ competencies in Preferable Qualifications and Professional competencies were the highest. Core competencies and General competencies of the students were also at a high level.
