บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาหลักสูตรอาเซียนเพื่อการรู้อาเซียน จำเป็นที่ผู้จัดทำต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจข้อมูลพื้นฐานของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนในเบื้องต้น จากนั้นต้องพิจารณาระดับความสำคัญของความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ต้องการในหลักสูตรนั้นๆ ว่าคืออะไร มีเป้าหมายอย่างไร แล้วจึงดำเนินการพัฒนาหลักสูตร โดยกำหนดรูปแบบของหลักสูตร กระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ตลอดจนองค์ประกอบสำคัญของหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลที่ได้ จึงจะสามารถพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติและมีความสุขในสังคมอาเซียนได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นฐานของพันธสัญญาระหว่างหลักสูตรกับผู้เรียน และกับสังคม (ASEAN) พร้อมเนื้อหาและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นซึ่งผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอไว้แล้วเป็น 4 ระดับในบทความฉบับนี้

Abstract

The development of ASEAN Literacy Curriculum requires basic knowledge and understandings of ASEAN member countries at the first start. Then considering the levels of knowledge and understandings as well as the goal needed by the curriculum have to be made. Based on these, the curriculum will be constructed with the appropriate model, process and components and able to lead ASEAN people to live together with peace and happiness. The author has also proposed 4 levels of commitments among curriculum and learners and ASEAN society included with necessary content and information on curriculum construction in the article.
