การพัฒนาความเข้าใจวิทยาศาสตร์ จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่ใช้มุมมองเกี่ยวกับโลกแตกต่างไปจากศาสตร์อื่น ๆ และเป็นศาสตร์ที่ต้องอาศัยกระบวนการสืบเสาะ ตลอดจนความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกิจการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ฉะนั้น การจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ที่ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ จึงควรศึกษาตัวชี้วัดการเรียนรู้ให้กระจ่าง เพื่อช่วยให้ครูสามารถจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ได้สอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติวิชาและเหมาะสมกับสภาพสังคมของผู้เรียน
Abstract
Development of science understanding needs an understanding of nature of science thatholds different world views from other disciplines, and that requires scientific inquiry and scientificenterprise. Science teaching and learning for understanding of the nature of science also needs tostudy learning indicators clearly. This would enable a teacher to teach science in appropriate to thenature of science and learner’s social circumstances.
