ผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์และจริยธรรมนักวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ในเรื่องเซลล์ของสิ่งมีชีวิต และ
2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมด้านจริยธรรมนักวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนขณะจัดการเรียนรู้ตามสถานการณ์ธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้า อุตรดิตถ์ จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 41 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจความเข้าใจและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และ 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจริยธรรมนักวิทยาศาสตร์ ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ในเรื่องเซลล์ของสิ่งมีชีวิตของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียนมีความแตกต่างกัน คือก่อนเรียนนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความเข้าใจในธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์เป็นบางส่วน แต่หลังจากนักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ตามกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่จัดขึ้นพบว่า นักเรียนมีการพัฒนาความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ในเรื่องเซลล์ของสิ่งมีชีวิตทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ ด้านโลกทัศน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และด้านกิจการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ไปสู่ความเข้าใจแบบนักวิทยาศาสตร์ในปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะในด้านการแสวงหาความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ประเด็นการทำงานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ต้องอาศัยความคิดสร้างสรรค์และจินตนาการ มีนักเรียนเข้าใจสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดของนักวิทยาศาสตร์ในปัจจุบันมากที่สุด 2) เมื่อจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามสถานการณ์ธรรมชาติของวิทยาศาสตร์ พบว่า นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมจริยธรรมนักวิทยาศาสตร์ คือ ความซื่อสัตย์ ความใจกว้าง และความตระหนักถึงผลจากการนำเอาผลงานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ไปใช้ เพิ่มขึ้นตลอดระยะเวลาของการจัดกิจกรรม

EFFECTS OF THE LEARNING ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING OF NATURE OF SCIENCE AND ETHICS FOR SCIENTISTS OF
MATHAYOMSUKSA 4 STUDENTS

The purposes of this study were 1) to develop an understanding of the nature of science in the cells of living things, and 2) to study the ethics for scientists of students while learning through the circumstantial nature of science. The samples used in this study were 41 students studying in Mathayomsuksa 4 of the second semester of the academic year 2014 in Triamudomsuksanomklao Uttaradit School. They were selected by purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study were: 1) the survey and the semi-structured interview to collect data of the understanding of the nature of science and 2) the classroom observation form and the semi-structured interview to collect data of the ethics of scientists. The qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and were checked with the triangulation technique. The results show that: 1) there was the difference in the level of the understanding of the nature of science between before and after implementing the study. Before the implementation, some students partly understood in the nature of science. After the students learned with the conducted activities, they developed the understanding of the nature of science in the cells of the living things in three aspects: the scientific world view, the scientific inquiry, and the scientific enterprise. It brought in the understanding of nature of science according to the currently scientists’ concept, especially the issue in the scientific inquiry. The students mostly understood the currently scientists’ concept about working with scientific approach. It said that working with scientific approach, we need creative thinking and imagination. 2) learning through the circumstantial nature of science, the ethics for scientists of the students i.e. the honesty, the generousness, and the awareness of using the scientific research of others, kept increasing along the time of the implementation.
